is Otis now canon in Pico's school verse?

Since Otis(from Pico's Cousin) is now in fnf, he might be canon in Pico's school too, for multiple reasons:

Keith(Boyfriend/Bf) also appears in one of the Pico's school games as a joke, while it is also a canon ship in fnf, making their verses connected to each other: Keith also is canon in Pico's school and Pico is also canon in fnf.
Otis yet doesnt appear in Pico's school, but does appear in FNF(Friday Night Funkin for you idiotic NOOBS that dont know what FNF means) which means he is connected to Pico's school verse at the same time
IF THIS CONCEPT is actuly correct, that would be good since we finaly get to see one of Pico's actual family members

I hope Tom Fulp sees this(he most likely not respond, since he is 43 and has 2 children and 1 wife, hope he does good as a father)
